Modern Remodeling is expanding our Storm Restoration Sales Team to meet high homeowner demand across the DMV. We’re seeking motivated Outside Sales Professionals who want a six-figure career with training, support, and long-term advancement. What You’ll Do
- Run homeowner appointments
- Inspect roofs for storm damage (training provided)
- Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process
- Present solutions, write estimates, and close contracts
- Work with adjusters and project managers
- Manage projects from inspection through completion
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $41,600 + uncapped commissions
- Average earnings: $100,000–$150,000+

What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience required (roofing/home improvement a plus)
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
