If you’re coming to us from another industry, or simply another side of this one, not to worry – You’ll be working in tandem with our seasoned Estimators, backed up by supportive management, equipped with our industry’s most powerful software applications, and trained to succeed. Our overriding goal is to find, hire and foster aspiring salespeople.

What you’ll be doing:
- You’re Modern Remodeling’s frontline, the tip of the spear. You’ll be tasked with combing Northern Virginia for promising leads.
- Connecting with homeowners – many of whom have been affected by storm damage – and introducing them to Modern Remodeling.
- Learning - We’ll teach you the ins-and-outs of dealmaking, from cold intros to signed agreements. You’ll be trained on how to identify opportunities, define your territories, master an approach and dominate your competition.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
