Modern Remodeling is an industry leading insurance restoration contractor with over 30 years in business. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, energetic, and driven Roofing Sales Associates to join our Storm Restoration team. As a Roofing Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with customers, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with homeowners and insurance carriers to assess storm damage to roofs and provide solutions for restoration.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary of $41,600 plus commissions.
Average salary for a Roofing Sales Associate at Modern Remodeling is between $100k -$150K per year
Majority of you day is spent in the field instead of behind a desk
Hours are Monday-Friday from 10:00am-7:00pm and Saturdays between 9:00am-3:00pm. Schedule is flexible.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through various channels including canvassing, referrals, and networking
Conduct roof inspections and assessments to determine storm damage
Provide customers with recommended solutions for restoration
Build relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders in the Storm Restoration Industry
Work with customers to select new roofing and siding materials for their projects
Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers and insurance companies
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely completion
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions

Qualifications/Requirements

Must has a clean Driving Record and must be able to pass a Background Check
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to climb ladders and access roofs
Must be presentable in person, energetic, hardworking, with strong social/people skills and a strong work ethic
Proficient with both written communication and computer skills
